Training reflections

Mark ah Mark..

My setiments goes to you. i had the waffle too. thou i am not supposed to share this, but here goes,

1) i ate my waffle and "chew more" so it breaks down faster :-p

2) I saw u doing warm up is like sprinting la. Warm up is really WARM up. When i am full, or when i feel lazy, i alternate btwn stroking and kicking to maximise glide and minimise movement. Its a good way to warm up. Of course, near the end of the warm up speed up the rotary movement of limbs to make sure every 'muscle' is warmed up so later wun cramp!

3) I bet you know when i was doing my interval, i slacked for the middle of the laps. Thats one way i conserve also. so i wun puke everything out. Of course, make sure no one knows you are "chao geng-ing" Thou i lazed, Timing was consistent.

4) You guys can geng too, i understand, from all the schoolwork already shag le. But effort is really easy to see. i saw some of the swimmers doing pyramid putting in effort, thus the training was straightforward on Wed. So if everyone chips in and the objective for the day is met, we can all go off early.
